Spent the last decade inside the recruitment-tech stack as an operator and engineer — long enough to see exactly which incentives in the industry are misaligned with candidates, and which parts of the workflow are repetitive enough to automate cleanly. Started TalentChain to fix the candidate side of the equation: a single tool that absorbs the boring parts of applying, keeps the candidate in the loop on every submission, and stops charging the moment they're hired.
