1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TalentChain (“the platform”, “the service”), operated by TalentChain Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Service description

TalentChain is an AI-powered job search platform providing CV building, job matching, cover letter generation, auto-fill assistance, automated application submission, and application tracking. The platform is currently in early access and features may change without notice.

3. Account eligibility

• ·You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• ·You may hold only one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• ·You must notify us immediately at support@talentchain.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Create false or misleading profiles, CVs, or application materials.
• ·Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• ·Submit spam applications to employers or use the platform to harass.
• ·Attempt prompt injection — submitting crafted inputs designed to manipulate AI system behaviour.
• ·Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• ·Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• ·Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the platform or its outputs.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. AI-generated content

TalentChain uses AI to generate cover letters, personal statements, and match assessments. You acknowledge that:

• ·AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should review and edit all generated content before submission to an employer.
• ·We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
• ·You are solely responsible for any content you submit to employers, regardless of whether it was AI-generated.
• ·AI features require explicit consent to data transfer under GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time from Settings.

6. Job listings

Job listings displayed on TalentChain are sourced from third-party job board APIs and employer feeds. We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or availability of any listing. We are not party to any employment relationship between you and an employer, and we are not responsible for any employer's hiring decisions or conduct.

7. Fair use and rate limits

To ensure a fair and stable experience for all users, the following daily limits apply during early access:

Limits may change as the platform scales. We will notify users of material changes.

8. Intellectual property

  Your content: Your CV, personal statements, and application materials remain your property. You grant TalentChain a limited licence to process this content for the purpose of providing the service.

  Our platform: The TalentChain platform, codebase, algorithms, design, and brand are the intellectual property of TalentChain Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TalentChain Ltd shall not be liable for:

• ·Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• ·Loss of employment opportunity, income, or business arising from platform errors or AI inaccuracies.
• ·Unavailability or interruption of the service.

The platform is provided “as is” during early access without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TalentChain in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prompt injection attempts, submit abusive or fraudulent applications, or otherwise cause harm to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes and update the effective date above. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
